Online noted that Britney Spears’ younger sister has been spotted wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring, but on the other hand, in her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana, and People.com also reported that the 16-year-old Zoey 101 star has been showing off her ring, quoting an unnamed source, who confirmed the engagement.

Jamie Lynn and her boyfriend Casey Aldridge caused controversy when she announced her pregnancy last December in a U.S. magazine. In January it was reported that Jamie Lynn had been dumped by boyfriend Casey Aldridge because he doubted he is the father.
