| Well, I gave it a star because it looks good - but reception was lost constantly. I will not advise this product to anyone because it was randomly losing reception and you wouldn't know it because it is 'digital clarity'... I was thinking my baby was fast asleep before I went to check on her as I do every so often anyway only to find her crying. We did all the troubleshooting - it was not us this product is just not reliable. |

| Looks great but I've now had 2 of them go wrong. The sound intermittently failed to transmit to the receiver and then the receiver refused to stay on. Its not worth taking the risk with your children. |

| We bought the Lindam baby monitor a couple of months before our twins were due, and used it for about a month after they were born. The monitor broke, and would only pick noise up intermittently - pretty useless really, considering its not the cheepest on the market. Not sure whether this is just a one off bad experience, but we contacted Lindam directly (without having our proof of postage) and they courriered a brand new monitor to us the next day! So, crap product, but couldn't fault the customer service! |
