Started well, didn't last

It started well and we were quite pleased with the quality from January till around May. Then from May to June we've noticed the quality drop steadily to the point that either the signal cuts out or the feedback is so loud that it drowns out the sounds of the baby. Looking for a replacement.

We've recently bought this product as we moved into a bigger house and our son is further away than previously. Worked perfectly for about 5 days and then couldn't get a signal. Returned to Amazon (good service and quick refund)and bought same model again. It's working fine a month later - we think the trick is to switch it off when not in use. It uses regular AA batteries whereas our first listener had a built in battery so we;re not used to this set up. Still working well and no interference at all - and that's with a wireless network, wireless phones and a wireless TV link setup.
Does exactly says on the tin

Have been using a few different monitors borrowed from friends & family & all have been flawed in one way or another. Went for this no frills option & have not been disappointed so far. They are working in areas of the house where other monitors picked up interference. So i would therefore recommend this product as it does exactly what it is meant to do.

Does what it says on the box, and is a highly effective and sensitive monitor. The ability for the parent to talk to the baby from the parent end of the link is very useful, and many times a restless baby will just drop off again after speaking.
I only have one minor issue - the mains power leads (if you don't want to use batteries) are very stiff in relation to the weight of the monitor elements, and in positioning the monitor you need to fight these leads - which always seem to oppose what you want to do.
Otherwise a great product. |

This is a poor product as it is wired which is not mentioned or explained in the product description. It is not handy and did not meet my requirements, it is a waste product in my house. We did not like the monitor.
